When you submit an inquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect only the information you provide: your name, email address, company, role, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

• Form submissions are delivered to the business owner via a secure email forwarding service (FormSubmit). No data is retained by FormSubmit beyond message delivery.

If you contact us by email directly, your email address is retained only for the purpose of our ongoing correspondence. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@sentinelsquared.com.

AI-Assisted Communication

SentinelSquared uses Jaida, an AI operating system, to assist with drafting correspondence, analysis, and operational tasks. You may receive communications that were drafted or assisted by AI before being reviewed and approved by Paul Story.

All external communications sent from this business are reviewed and approved by Paul Story before transmission. AI drafts are never sent without human review and explicit approval.

This disclosure is made in the interest of transparency. SentinelSquared is an AI governance consultancy, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we recommend to clients: human oversight at every communication decision point.

If you have questions about whether a specific communication was AI-assisted, you are welcome to ask directly.

Website Analytics

This website does not currently use active third-party analytics tracking. When analytics are enabled, we use privacy-respecting tools to understand aggregate page traffic — including page views, session duration, and navigation patterns. We do not use behavioral advertising or sell visitor data.

This page will be updated when specific analytics tools are activated. No tracking identifiers are currently set on this site.
